Summer Housing
The Village at Penn College is open in the summer to house students who are taking summer classes.
Housing rate includes:
- two-bedroom, four-person apartments (2 students per bedroom)
- all utilities (including central air conditioning)
- cable television service (television not included)
- local telephone service
- kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave
- fully furnished apartments
- lots of storage space
The cost is $110 per week and must be paid in advance.
Apply for summer housing by completing the Summer Student Housing Contract (PDF) and returning it, with your payment in full, to the Residence Life Office.
