Judi is often your first contact in the Food Services department. She oversees all aspects of our CBORD system which includes meal plan accounts and unit cash registers. Bernadine is responsible for overseeing the ordering and inventory of food products and general supplies. In addition to acting as a liaison between product vendors, she also ensures that recipes are written in accordance to HACCP and are entered in the Food Service menu system.
